"Peer Pressure" ("The Skeleton Key")

Pencil Marks: I know the actual movie is about voodoo and all, but the only thing "Skeleton Key" registered in my mind was the Generic Funkin Cartoons trying to accomplish their ultimate goal in life: entering the fabled drug closet. Originally the idea was for Erik to have come out of it, but then I realized Erik would never go into a closet like that in the first place, not to mention it'd be awkward for my character to see the other side of the door, but not Tony's characters. I think the way Tony ran with the scenario is far better than anything I could have done.
It's funny - you'd think with how simplistic my art is, drawing three easy detailed characters in different poses would be a cake walk. But it wasn't by any reach of the imagination. I pulled it off though, so I'm pleased. - Jake

Ink Smudges: I must give it to Jake. After handing him the previous drawing for "Dukes of Hazzard", I was sure all I would get from him in return was scribbles with a little note reading: "Ha! Try and fix that A-hole!" But being a true gentleman, I got this lovely, fully realized drawing in return. Yay!
Now some may balk at this universe crossover (those same people who cringed at the "JLA Vs. Avengers" comic series from years past), but in a summer full of cameos, it was only a matter of time before we dipped into the well and bring in my favorite mentally disturbed trio. And you must appreciate the extra "umph" the cowboy wallpaper brings out because everybody loves cowboys! - Tony
