Oh, I almost made it....
I'm writing this in October 2004 and enjoying a little trip down memory lane for pictures that are at least three years old. It's been interesting to see how much Tony has progressed as an artist (even if he modestly disagrees) and I'm enjoying nitpicking on all the details: both what I liked and disliked. But whatever the case, I've been following the golden rule that what's done is done. But I couldn't help myself here.
When I came across the picture earlier, there was a really ugly blue line in the middle of it caused (most likely) by a scanner error. Going through all my previous backups, I discovered it had always been there. So I tried my hand at correcting it up, and to my surprise, it went easier than I thought. However, in the end the page looked a little bare so I did the unthinkable: I went all "George Lucas" on Tony's picture and made picture # 17 a special edition. The sun effect on the top of the hill was my doing. Hopefully it was a decision that added to it rather than the opposite.
Okay, okay... I also took the liberty of removing Daryl's flaming chest hair. Hey, I saw an opening and ran with it! *lol* - Jake
